Office Manager Job Description

The Office Manager is a key role at Earth Systems, responsible for overseeing daily operational, administrative, and support functions for our geotechnical engineering branch in Ventura. This position ensures office efficiency, supports technical and project teams, supervises administrative staff, and coordinates closely with Corporate Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain office efficiency by planning, implementing, and improving office systems in coordination with the corporate office.
• Supervise maintenance of office areas and equipment; monitor performance and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Order and manage office supplies through preferred vendors; track inventory levels to ensure proper accounting documentation.
