    Description
    Position Summary:

    The Systems Administrator will help build out,

    maintain

    , and troubleshoot our customers' infrastructure

    .

    The Systems Administrator

    is responsible for

    delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability,

    performance

    and security.

    He should be a go getter and take the lead in all technical phases to support the team.

    Essential Functions:

    M

    onitor all installed systems and infrastructure

    Install, configure,

    test

    and

    maintain

    operating systems, application software and system management tools

    Ability to work on own initiative and as a team player

    Ability to

    identify

    problems and work to resolution as

    required

    Flexibility to work out of hours and on escalations

    Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

    Provide support on escalated P1/P2 incidents

    Track and work on Problem cases under Problem Management

    Validation of complex changes

    Sanity test for new customers design before

    sign

    off for Operations

    Technical communities' meetings with Operation

    s

    team

    Validate and

    Build

    for expansion of any existing customers

    Identify

    the propose of technical solutions to Operation teams

    Meeting with Operation team to

    identify

    the area of concerns in technical domains

    Produce technical documents for new & existing technologies

    Deliver technical session to Operation teams on new or existing technologies

    Should have experience on Design of new projects

    Candidate should be able to work independently

    Required Qualifications
