    We're seeking a Product Manager to join our team and lead the charge for our emerging Real-Time SPC solution.

    The role ensures that the product meets customer expectations for data collection, analysis, alerting and reporting. Candidates should have industry experience in measuring and controlling quality during the manufacturing process.

    What you'll do

    • Drive customer satisfaction by understanding the needs, behaviors, and pain points of the end user.
    • Communicate a clear product vision and strategy based on customer feedback, market needs, and competitive landscape that aligns with organizational objectives.
    • Define and maintain a product roadmap that provides data-driven prioritization of new features, improvements, and maintenance.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams (sales, marketing, quality assurance, engineering, and design) to gather and document requirements.
    • Ensure that the engineering team understands the product vision and requirements.
    • Support the development and delivery of backlog items.
    • Assist with sales enablement and product promotion.

    Skills and Competencies

    • Business knowledge in measuring, monitoring, and controlling production processes in a manufacturing environment.
    • Domain expertise in statistical process control (SPC) in a manufacturing setting.
    • Business knowledge in managing real-time data streams, understanding the nuances of processing and analyzing data as it enters the system, to minimize latency and ensure a responsive user experience.
    • Clear vision for what defines a successful deliverable for both the customer and the organization.
    • Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadlines, multiple priorities, ambiguity, and change.
    • Conceptual, analytical, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to collaborate well with colleagues from different disciplines and effectively communicate with customers, senior management, peers, and other team members.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Must have manufacturing industry experience measuring, monitoring, and controlling production processes.
    • 8+ Professional experience in product management, product ownership, program/project management, software development, software design, or consulting.
    • Experience in software delivery and the software development lifecycle.
    • Experience deploying cloud solutions to ingest production data for analytics applications.
    • Ideal candidates have experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, demonstrating an understanding of their integration with real-time SPC software.
