    Provide preventative care services, including screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
    Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.
    Coordinate care with specialists when necessary, ensuring seamless continuity of care.


    Qualifications:


    MD/DO and BC/BE in Family MedicineMA medical license or working towardsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care settingProficiency with EPIC EMRAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and accuracy.
