    Your Role

    As a Veterinary Emergency Technician at MVA, you will be at the forefront of urgent patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Triage incoming patients to assess their medical needs and prioritize treatments based on urgency.
    • Provide critical care by administering fluids, medications, and life-saving interventions while closely monitoring patients.
    • Collaborate with emergency veterinarians and fellow technicians on treatment plans for acute cases.
    • Communicate compassionately with pet owners, offering updates and reassurance during stressful times.
    • Maintain an organized workspace and ensure quick access to the necessary supplies and equipment for emergencies.
    • Engage in ongoing training and case discussions to stay updated with the latest emergency protocols.

    Expected Schedule

    This is a part-time role with the following available schedule:

    • Sunday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
    • Please note that some holidays are required.

    Compensation

    • Starting at $21.00/hr
