    Private Equity Fund Accountant

    We are seeking a skilled Private Equity Fund Accountant to lead our team in supporting fund administration services to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective processes to improve the overall operations and managing large teams with strong leadership skills.


    ### Job Responsibilities
    • Lead teams supporting fund administration services to clients.
    • Support multiple client implementations and onboarding events.
    • Create, maintain, and/or review distribution waterfall (carried interest) models.
    ### Required Skills and Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have:

      Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
    Prior experience of 12+ years' work in Private Equity/Real Assets fund accounting is also expected from this position along with at least *3+ years' supervisory experience managing large teams.

    This role requires excellent client relationship management, project management skills, verbal communication skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including advanced Excel skills. A CPA designation would be beneficial too but not necessary for application,Certified Public Manager Certification Could Help though....
