Job summary
We are looking for an exceptional leader with a stellar sales record that will capitalize on strategic accounts be a self-starter and love working in a dynamic environment with an amazing team of people.
Responsibilities
- Be a key leader focused on driving new oCFO business for Workday’s financial services group by leveraging your unique ERP and industry acumen.
- Lead a team focused on driving complex sales cycles through orchestration of internal teams including solution consulting value management bid management inside sales marketing customer success and sales support.
- Be a go-to resource for oCFO Product Strategy serving as a primary “feedback loop” of customer need.
- Use your experience to lead coach and mentor a field sales team for your assigned territory acting as a 'player/coach' who balances closing deals with skill development for your team.
