The Kenya-Trusant Group is seeking a Management Analyst to support administrativeservices of directorates, divisions, programs, offices, and other Government agencies that will be provided to NASA at the Government's sites

Gathers and organizes information on problems or procedures.

Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternativemethods of proceeding.

Confers with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems orprocedures.

Develops and implements records managementprogram for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assurescompliance with program.

Reviews forms and reports and conferswith management and users about format, distribution, andpurpose, and to identify problems and improvements.

Interviewspersonnel and conducts on-site observation to ascertain unitfunctions, work performed, and methods, equipment, andpersonnel used.

Documents findings of study and preparerecommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures,or organizational changes.

Prepares manuals and trains workers inuse of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according toorganizational policy.

Designs, evaluates, recommends, andapproves changes of forms and reports.

Plans study of workproblems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods,inventory control, or cost analysis

Qualifications/Experience

Requires three years ofexperience in a business-related fielddemonstrating self-confidence,management of workload, communicationwith diverse individuals, application ofgood judgment, and working knowledgeof business systems.

Education

Requires 24 semester hours ofcollege coursework in business-relatedfields or a bachelor's degree in any fieldof study.
