In this role, you will be pivotal in managing a broad spectrum of litigation cases. The ideal candidate will possess a robust litigation background, exceptional analytical and communication abilities, and a fervent commitment to securing positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all phases of the litigation process, from case initiation to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to negotiate settlements
• Stay current on legal developments and industry trends
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Bar
• 5+ years of experience practicing as a litigation attorney (Employment/Labor, Government/Municipal, Land Use/Environmental, Education, Election, Internet/1^st Amendment, Media/Telecommunication, General Litigation)
• Strong litigation and trial skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Client-focused with a commitment to achieving positive outcomes
