Commercial HVAC Project Manager - Smithfield, United States - SST Direct

Description

Seeking a Project Manager with commercial HVAC experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Smithfield, RI. This position will require travel to sites throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts. This position offers full benefits including PTO, profit sharing, and company paid medical and dental insurance.
Salary is between $150,000 - $175,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Direct and manage project development from beginning to endComplete schedule of values, subcontract scopes and equipment buyoutWork closely with business unit personnel to develop project requirements and determine project solutionsWillingness to attend and effectively participate in project meetingsSupervise field staff for productivityManage contracts and relationship with vendorsManage project closeout, punch lists and start-up/O & M manualsExecute final inspection of projects, invoicing, retainage and customer satisfaction Qualifications:5+ years of HVAC project management experience, including leadership responsibilitiesThorough knowledge of HVAC system design and installationThorough working knowledge of project management processes, technology and safety principlesStrong communication skills and demonstrated project experience between $1M and $15MStrong decision-making, problem solving, resource allocation and planning skills/experienceAbility to effectively communicate complex technical concepts and ideas in a non-technical, simple mannerAbility to build a team and coach, mentor, train and lead personnel in a project leadership relationshipMS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, OutlookIf you are interested in learning more about this role, please submit your resume for immediate considerationINDH
