Hospice Clinical Supervisor Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established provider of Hospice and Home Health services. They have a current opening for a Hospice Clinical Supervisor for their hospice program in the Greater Rockland County, NY area. A Registered Nurse with Hospice supervisory and QA experience is required. The clinical supervisor will train, mentor, and educate field staff regarding clinical initiatives to improve quality of care. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply

Hospice Clinical Supervisor Job Requirements

• Medicare-certified hospice supervisory experience as an RN.


• Knowledge of all Hospice laws, regulations, rules, etc.


• Bachelor's degree required.


• Certified Hospice and Palliative Care (CHPN) a plus.

Hospice Clinical Supervisor Job Responsibilities

• Provide clinical training and coaching to nursing staff.


• Improve clinical quality and patient outcomes.


• Supervise nurses in the field as needed.
