    Required Qualifications:

    Lead React Developer (12+ years)Must have 12+ years prior related experience in developing web applications with Reactjs, Redux, React Hooks and other related React frameworkGood analytical skills with demonstrated experience in developing web applications using front end technologies, and related testing tools/methodologies.

    Demonstrated experience in requirement analysis and application design.

    Testing tools for Javascript, Unit-Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing and Test Driven Coding practiceExperience in unit testing code with JEST / enzyme / Jasmine / Mocha / Chai is desiredExperience with Agile practice, daily Stand-Up/Scrum and accountability to the software development teamDeveloped applications with good usability principles, cross-browser compatibility, web security (XSRF, cross-site scripting defense), accessibility, Markup standards, Last mile performance (minify, closure tools, sprites) and HTML document architecture.

    Hands-on knowledge on Webpack 5.0, Micro-frontend conceptsHands-on experience of managing and performance optimization of any web applicationAble to design end-to-end architecture for enterprise level of web applicationsAble to deploy web application on Cloud using CI/CD pipelineAble to coordinate with business and product owners for all business requirements and propose viable solutions as per current architectureExcellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Collaborate within teams to design scalable and efficient solutions.
    Work with product owners and stakeholders to implement business requirements. Should have good understanding of agile scrum and ceremonies.
