    Job DescriptionUnlock Your Potential - CSR Position AvailableAre you ready for a rewarding Customer Service career? Join the team and be the backbone of a local Production facility. We're currently seeking a dedicated individual to provide administrative support, handling clerical, financial, and general administrative tasks, along with excellent customer service. Your skills will shine as you manage SAP purchasing and accounts payables.Key Responsibilities:
    • Answer phones, greet visitors, and distribute applications courteously.
    • Manage incoming mail efficiently.
    • Prepare various documents, reports, letters, and presentations.
    • Handle outgoing mail, FedEx packages, and faxes.
    • Record product shipments and receipts.
    • Maintain organized filing of company and associate paperwork.
    • Assist with hiring processes, workers' compensation administration, payroll, and SAP software practices.
    • Order office and facility supplies as needed.
    • Generate reports on customer activities.
    • Process accounts payable, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
    • Support General Manager in budget preparation while maintaining confidentiality.
    • Promote a safe work environment, identifying safety concerns and cost-saving opportunities.
    • Perform SAP processing and maintain records.
    • Assume the role of a Customer Service Representative.
    • Additional duties as assigned.
    Experience and Skills:Qualifications and Requirements:
    • High school diploma or GED plus three years of general office experience or equivalent.
    • Proficient in SAP software, AS/400, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Effective communication with a variety of individuals.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Frequent sitting, hearing, talking, and close vision.
    • Occasional use of distance vision, standing, kneeling, or crouching.
    • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
    Shift and Pay Details:
    • 5pm - 2am Monday - Friday
    • $18+ DOE
