- Can (or are willing to learn how to) operate and maintain sewing machines
- Work well with others as well as independently
- Possess an excellent eye for detail
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Are described by others as positive and helpful
- Would rather be moving and on your feet rather than chained to a desk all day
- Have prior CNC or industrial sewing experience (not required, but a plus)
- Have dependable transportation that gets you to work on time every day
- Have a HS diploma/GED
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Can pass a drug screen
- Are felony and conviction-free
- Full-time work on 2nd & 3rd shift (2 pm - 10 pm, 10 pm - 6 am)
- A pay rate of $18/hour depending on shift
- A 2nd shift training schedule
- $100 referral bonus when you refer a friend to work with WSI
