    Position: Early Career Engineer

    Responsibilities:
    • Interpret contract plans and specifications
    • Monitor fieldwork activities for compliance
    • Conduct project closeout tasks
    • Check dimensions and elevations on-site
    • Report work zone and traffic issues
    • Coordinate materials testing
    • Document daily activities
    • Work closely with project supervision
    • Perform additional duties as required

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Ability to work independently
    • Willingness to work flexible hours
    • Valid Driver's License
    • CDOT inspector certifications (or obtain within 6 months)
    • Other duties as assigned

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or Construction Management
    • Experience in construction
    • Familiarity with CDOT specifications
    • Ability to interpret construction plans

    Salary:
    The annual salary for this role ranges between $65K to $80K.
