Desert View Hospital is a 25-bed, acute care hospital set in a rural community. Desert View provides safe and competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. We provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.

Job Description: Responsible for the activities related to improvement of quality metrics, process and outcomes. Directs, educates,
initiates and communicates to hospital leaders and physicians.

Education: Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum five (5) years clinical experience, with two (2)years QA or PI experience preferred,
and a minimum two (2) years management experience.

Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database.
License/Certification If RN, current RN license in the State of Nevada.

Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service
appropriate to the organization.
