    Description

    Employment Terms : This job is a full time, benefited, FLSA non-exempt position in the Admissions Department that reports to the Director of Admissions.

    Salary :$44,000 per year.

    Schedule: Availability to work Monday through Thursday between 8 am and 6:30 pm and on Friday between 8 am and 4 pm.Occasional Saturdays and some evenings.Schedule is subject to change.Flexibility is a must.

    Minimum Qualifications (Job Code 11127): Associate's degree from an accredited institution of higher education *and* three (3) years of directly related work experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher education and three (3) years of work experience in a postsecondary Admissions or Registrar Office environment.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to analyze data and make decisions. Must possess ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment, problem solve, and maintain effective relationships within a team environment; proficiency in Staff BANNER, Target X, BDMS, Axiom and Microsoft Office applications.

    4.Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the field by attending professional development training, workshops, seminars and conferences and by reading professional literature in the related technical field. (Performed by all incumbents.)
