    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Rush Copley Medical Center. As a Cath Lab specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and assisting with various interventional procedures in a fast-paced environment.

    About the Role: This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled technologist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless execution of procedures, from preparation to completion.

    Responsibilities:
      • Assist radiologists and other medical staff during interventional procedures, ensuring proper equipment function and patient safety.
    • Operate imaging equipment, such as angiography machines and fluoroscopy units, to capture high-quality images.
    • Maintain accurate records of patient information, procedure details, and inventory management.
    • Collaborate with nurses and technicians to prepare patients for procedures, including explaining protocols and obtaining consent.

    Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
      • 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist or related field.
    • Current ACLS certification.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Working Conditions: This position requires standing for long periods, frequent lifting of heavy equipment, and working in a fast-paced environment with moderate to loud noise levels. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
