- Seeking a talented Project Controls Specialist/Administrator to join our Project Management Office
- Opportunity to work in Newark DE, Quakertown PA, or Windsor Mill MD, with possible travel
- Support project management and engineering teams in project execution and monitoring
- Assist in project administrative activities
- Work closely with the Director of Project Management or PMO Team Lead
- Generate and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate internal and customer meetings
- Communicate project data to team members
- Ensure compliance with project management standards
- Update project plans and documentation
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers on various project types
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 and scheduling applications
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work across all organizational levels
- Good time management and willingness to work off-hours if needed
- Must hold a valid driver's license and be open to travel
- High school/GED required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of administrative/project support experience
