    Soliant is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team in Ellicott City, Howard County, MD We have multiple full-time positions available, offering the chance to make a real difference in the lives of students with varying needs.

    What You'll Do:

    • Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
    • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
    • Utilize evidence-based practices and a variety of therapeutic techniques to address a range of communication needs.
    • Document progress, measure outcomes, and participate in data collection.
    • Maintain a positive and encouraging environment to promote student growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Must possess a valid Maryland State SLPA License.
    • Prior experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of child development and communication disorders.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Positive and enthusiastic demeanor with a commitment to student success.
