This role is for someone who enjoys strengthening relationships, guiding projects to profitable completion, and feels the satisfaction of closing a sale the right way — with integrity and margin in mind.

What You'll Do
Build and strengthen customer relationships that lead to repeat business
Guide customers confidently through sampling, quoting, and ordering
Support the sales process and drive projects to profitable completion
Ensure every order is accurate, complete, and professionally documented
Track project status and proactively communicate updates
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to keep projects on time and on margin
Improve internal systems and elevate workflow efficiency
Build trust through deep product knowledge and polished communication
Experience / Skills Requirements:
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strategic thinker who looks beyond the task to the outcome
Professional, articulate, and confident in communication
Energized by helping teams succeed — not just completing assignments
Customer Service Experience
Intermediate Computer Experience (outlook, excel, word)
P21 Experience (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience in CS or sales support.
