Cashier - St. John

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our Front End Department at Strack & Van Til.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional service to every customer.

• Greet customers warmly and ensure they have an efficient checkout experience
• Scan grocery orders accurately and process coupons in a timely manner

In addition to operating the cash register, you will also assist with facing merchandise, maintaining store appearance, and performing other duties as assigned.

Knowledge Requirements: A positive attitude towards customers, effective memory skills for handling transactions efficiently,
  good hand-eye coordination for scanning items quickly, 
  dependability in meeting sales floor responsibilities.
  Ability to follow directions from management while consistently demonstrating enthusiasm
  to learn new tasks
