    Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team of educational professionals. As an Occupational Therapist in our K-12 school district, you will play a crucial role in helping students with disabilities develop the skills and abilities necessary to participate fully in their educational activities and achieve their individual goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique needs and goals
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement strategies that support students' success.
    • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both in individual and group settings
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, progress reports, and treatment plans
    • Monitor students' progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure continuous improvement
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to the development of appropriate goals and accommodations

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
    • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
    • Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in an educational setting
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues
