    Mission:

    This person is guarantor of the delivery for the electrical installations: Pilot the realization, the installation, the commissioning and the reception of the installation of their domain in the respect of the performances; quality, cost, and delivery time.


    Key Expected Achievements:
    Ensures the optimization of the specifications by challenging the needs.
    Conducts feasibility studies, delivers an estimate, a schedule, a technical description and a risk analysis
    Delivers a Basic Design file (detailed design): performs or veriifies assumptions, sizing calculations and plans: challenge the proposed solutions ensures a design during technical reviews
    Transmits a quotation, a consolidated schedule, and updated risk analysis

    Delivers a building and its utlities in compliance with the codes, costs, time, quality committments by: checking the conformity of the execution plans to the specifications evaluating the performance gaps managing the changes participating in the monitoring and safety of the work place; does the preparation, planning and monitoring of the commissioning and reception of equipment and works done.

    Prepares the balance sheet and capitalizes on the project.
    Ensures continous progress in the electrical business


    Additional expectations:
    Both domestic and international travel is expected and ocurs at a rate of 30%-50%


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent electrical experience
    3 to 5 years in medium and high voltage applications
    Experience with electrical design and NEC regulations
    Experience with NFPA 70E standards and requirements


    When you are on a long term contract position with The Hiring Group, you are our full time W2 employee.

    You will be compensated hourly.

    We offer a minimum of 2 weeks of PTO per year on all positions, have excellent healthcare options (same options the owners of the company have), as well as 401k with the highest match in the industry.

    Lastly, we have a role in our company called a Relationship Manager, and their sole job is making sure our staff is happy both now and for the future.
