Job Summary
This role involves building and maintaining multi-year capacity plans for multiple businesses to make staffing recommendations and headcount projections. It includes identifying opportunities for operation efficiencies with supported businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience in bank operations, advanced Excel skills, strong PC skills including Microsoft Suite software, and ability to prepare and present findings.
