- Lead the design and development of landscape architecture projects, from concept through completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into creative and sustainable landscape designs.
- Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape projects.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Oversee construction and installation, ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape architecture and project management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Strong design skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, Dynascape (Lumion a plus).
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
