Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the planning and execution of complex mission and systems analysis efforts to support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E) Assistant Secretary of Defense for Mission Capabilities (ASD(MC)) and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Multi-Domain Joint Operations (DASD(MDJO))
• Lead the planning and execution of complex mission and systems analysis efforts which may include Technology Analysis and Assessment, System Definition, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture development and architecture products for Systems of Systems, kill chain analysis, Systems Engineering trade space and analysis to define capability gaps, Modeling and Simulation activities for mission improvement, or Logistics support of DoD systems Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: 15+ years' of experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting technical, managerial or operational fields with professional verbal and written communication skills across various stakeholders at varying levels of leadership or seniority
• Experience communication, interfacing, and interacting with Joint Staff, Services, and war-fighters on topics associated with engineering and analysis
• Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI)DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience with OUSD (R&E)SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S
