    A local non-profit is looking for a highly experienced Project Admin to assist them ASAP through the summer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing project updates, plans, financing, strategies, and budgets as well as coordinating with Federal, State, and County governments to ensure proper permit requirements.

    Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

    Location


    Iwilei, Honolulu, Oahu

    Pay


    $25 to $30 an hour

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and provide project updates to contractors and service providers
    • Assist with writing up summaries for completed projects.
    • Prepare applications and plan for funding/financing and operations.
    • Support the evaluation of project opportunities.
    • Create development strategies, negotiate agreements, and coordinate community acceptance planning.
    • Coordinate schedules, budgets, and agreements with builders.
    • Coordinate with the Federal, State, and County governments to ensure needed permit requirements.
    • Schedule meetings as needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications

    • Must have familiarity with construction/development.
    • Previous experience with affordable housing is highly beneficial, but not required.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
