What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments and through self-generated opportunities.
- Conduct in-home inspections, consultations, and tailored presentations.
- Diagnose issues and create detailed proposals with photos, pricing, and specs.
- Negotiate, close deals, and consistently surpass sales goals.
- Attend weekly meetings and ongoing training at our Menasha office.
- Build lasting client relationships that drive repeat and referral business.

- A valid non-probationary driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
