Job summary
We have a temporary to hire opening in the West Seneca area for a customer service oriented Office Assistant.
The ideal candidate will be someone that answers the phone with a smile and enjoys providing excellent customer service - they are the 1st impression when customers call or come into the business.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls on a multi-line system;
- Scheduling sales appointments;
- Assisting the Sales and Production teams with various needs, mailings, client call backs, etc.
