- 5+ years of HR / HRIS reporting and analytics experience with a solid understanding of Talent Acquisition principles and metrics.
- Experience with Workday HRIS system including reporting.
- Advanced development skills with Power BI.
- Ability to build and support custom dashboards as well as ad hoc and recurring reports.
- Ability to understand and translate data needs into concise and presentable reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Detail-oriented and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous management experience, preferably within data analysis and business intelligence.
