    SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Product Sales Manager for its client in the San Martin, CA area. This individual would be responsible for dynamic and results-driven Product Sales Specialist to drive core product revenue and value-added revenue within our assigned product lines. Relocation is offered for the right candidate.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Achieve weekly/monthly/annual KPI goals.

    · Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned product lines.

    · Act as a point of contact for specialty customers, ensuring satisfaction.

    · Conduct market analysis and planning to identify opportunities within vertical markets.

    · Create plans outlining objectives, strategies, and action plans for the assigned portfolio and territory.

    · Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the sales team to close deals.

    · Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

    · Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.

    · Collaborate with internal teams.

    · Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    · High school diploma or GED required.

    · 4+ years of outbound sales experience required. Preferably product focused.

    · Ability to communicate effectively written and verbally.

    · Prior experience with Microsoft applications.

    · Willingness to travel as needed.

    · Proficient in using CRM systems.

    · Ability to be onsite.
