    Description

    Job Title: Staff RN


    The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a critical member of our healthcare team, providing exceptional patient care in the peri-operative setting. With a focus on delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages, this role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to teamwork.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
    • Coordinate patient care with surgeons and anesthesiologists, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
    • Direct and guide OR Technicians and other personnel to maintain high standards of professional nursing practice.
    • Collaborate with other departments to provide a continuum of care and ensure efficient patient flow.

    Requirements:


    • Current and valid state RN License.
    • Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
    • Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
    • Current PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
    • Minimum of one year previous Perioperative experience or on-the-job training.
    • Certified Nurse OR (CNOR) Certification (AORN) preferred.
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

    Salary:


    $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
