    About the Company

    ASC Engineered Solutions, formed through the 2019 merger of Anvil International and Smith-Cooper International, relaunched in March 2021. Our focus remains on delivering service excellence and improving customer experience daily.

    What You Will Do:

    • Accurately complete orders received via fax, email, or phone.
    • E nsure orders are completed correctly and resolve issues promptly.
    • Provide timely quotations with product solutions for customers.
    • Communicate with sales teams to meet customer needs.
    • Follow up on customer requests and track delivery dates.
    • Resolve customer complaints professionally.

    What You Will Have:

    • 3-5 years' experience in similar industrial products.
    • High level of customer service experience.
    • Excellent data entry skills and accuracy.
    • College degree preferred.

    Job Requirements:

    • Provide exceptional customer service.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage large volumes of orders.
    • Proficiency in computer software applications.
    • Paying attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Quick learning ability.
