- Load and unload cars and trucks with designated products.
- Clean and prepare cars for loading and unloading of Corn Operations products.
- Keep inventory of bags being loaded and keep accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
- Inspect product for quality and report any irregularities.
- Perform minor repair work as required for efficient loading operations.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of basic math.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding the operations of the packing and loading department.

Loader/Unloader is responsible for the safe operation of the packing and loading department. The role will work 12-hour shifts under a 2, 2, 3 pattern on D crew that starts at 5:00 PM and ends at 5:00 AM. The hourly rate of pay starts at $25.17 with a 60 cents per hour shift differential. Overtime is required.
