SUMMARY

Responsible for setting up and cleaning dining tables before, during, and after meals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Support Company's goals and ensure Total Customer Satisfaction
• Practice safe work procedures
• Maintain punctuality, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Assist in serving water and bread, carrying food trays, and stocking supplies
• Set up dining station, perform assigned duties, and ensure cleanliness
• Handle dishwashing, linen replacement, and table setting
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and bus station
• Dispose of trash and maintain ice bins
• Communicate customer complaints promptly
• Attend service staff meetings as required

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role does not involve supervisory duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Less than high school; Previous bussing experience preferred
• Language/Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and customer service skills
• Reasoning Ability: Problem-solving and ability to follow instructions
• Certificates/Licenses: Valid CA driver's license, Food Handler Card
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, move, and work extended hours
• Work Environment: Adaptable to fast-paced and diverse working conditions
• Equipment Used: Coffee maker, knives, hand truck, and more
