    As part of this team, we run extensive product discovery to identify the right user problems to solve, discover product and solution strategies, and to propose, align, and deliver to outcome based product roadmaps.

    What you'll achieve


    As a Product Management Consultant in IT, you will apply modern product management methodologies to solve user problems and drive real business outcomes.

    You will learn and demonstrate how to do Product Management right. You will build innovative AI-based capabilities that drive the business forward


    You will:
    Use discovery skills, product thinking, technical knowledge and industry experience to set product vision and formulate product/solution strategies

    Work closely with users and across functional areas to identify the right problems to solve, discover the right solutions, deliver the right features that meet product outcomes, and iterate rapidly through this cycle via frequent functional testing, weekly releases in Production, and beta releases with super users

    Work with product development team (product design, engineers, data scientists, business stakeholders) on a daily basis to execute rapidly in agile, with product development management in Information Technology teams (Product lead, Engineering managers, data science managers) on a weekly basis to obtain context, inputs and alignment and share progress against product goals and metrics, and with business management and executives on a monthly basis to demonstrate value creation

    Develop and maintains the product vision, roadmap, and backlog

    Subject Matter Expertise(SME) for internal product events

    Essential Requirements


    • 8 to 15 years of related experience in technology products, design, engineering, test or quality
    • A deep understanding of business goals
    • Strong leadership skills for driving and collaborating cross functional groups
    • Excellent understanding of competitors and their products, as well as potential partner relationships for the product
    Desirable Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree
