- Responsible for working towards developing professionally following the site supervisor trainee training matrix ( project schedule based on progress, targets and deliverables).
- Adheres to an agreed set of safety and quality standards and ensures these standards are maintained.
- Supports the Construction Site Coordinator and Construction Site Supervisor with Salesforce tracking and completing site diary and site logs.
- Supports the construction team in planning the work flow on construction sites.
- Together with the staff holds daily morning meetings on site to explain and divide the work for a day.
- Oversee certain tasks on construction sites. Lead and direct the work of individual teams of volunteers and masons.
- Holds bi-weekly skill matrix updates with PM and CSC to accurately track progress.
- Supports the staff to implement Team Leader's training and attends regular Team Leaders meetings and local workers meetings.
- We have decided to relax the requirement for Covid-19 vaccination for on program staff. While we still strongly recommend Covid-19 vaccination, along with other standard and travel immunizations as recommended by the CDC and WHO, Covid-19 vacation will no longer be required
- Other staff duties as required.
- Education High School diploma or equivalent
- Related Experience A minimum of 2 months volunteer experience and 1 month Team Leader and/or Site Manager All Hands and Hearts experience preferred.
- Special Competencies/Certifications Valid driver's license. Good written and oral communication skills and confident working with Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets; and Microsoft Office. Applicants need to be well organized and have a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them appropriately. The individual is able to manage a large workload and perform in a fast-paced environment. ASAP start.

- Typical starting salary is $14.00-$14.50 / hour, and up to $15.00 / hour for highly qualified candidates who have previous experience in this role.
