    Location: Honolulu, HI

    Salary: $55,000 Annually

    We are seeking an experienced full-time Project Manager for our Cleaning services. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing multiple buildings, overseeing hiring and firing, payroll management, training, scheduling, budgeting, ordering supplies, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computer applications. Previous Janitorial Management experience is a prerequisite.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage a janitorial crew efficiently by establishing and applying sound management policies related to organization, customer relations, planning, cost control, and workflow.
    • Recruit, train, manage, and supervise all personnel assigned at the contract site.
    • Ensure that work is performed according to the specifications of the contract.
    • Maintain professionalism in customer relations with both team members and clients.
    • Respond to cleaning requests promptly via email or phone calls.
    • Attend meetings, trainings, and walkthroughs with clients and management.
    • Maintain equipment and supplies.
    • Keep reports and records as required.
    • Develop and implement methods, procedures, and workflow efficiencies.
    • Conduct daily building walk-throughs with supervisors.
    • Check maintenance closets and equipment daily for safety and cleanliness.
    • Complete special projects or additional duties as required.
    Qualification Summary:
    • Minimum of 2 years of facilities management experience in the janitorial industry.
    • Minimum of 2 years from an accredited college or university preferred.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of facilities management and operations, janitorial management procedures.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with customers, subordinates, and management of all levels within the organization.
    • Ability to motivate workers.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent analytical and supervisory skills; strong time management, project management, and critical thinking skills; and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize work-related tasks and special projects.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
    • Valid Driver's license preferred.
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
    • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    Pay: Based on experience - Starting at $55,000.00 per year

    Shifts: Flexible schedules preferred
