    CareSphere, a Home Care Agency, is currently hiring for Direct Care Workers.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Personal hygiene and grooming using safe techniques.
    • Maintaining a clean and safe home environment, including house cleaning and laundry.
    • Meal preparation, nutrition planning, and grocery shopping.
    • Meeting the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of clients with respect for privacy.
    • Ensuring compliance with infection control measures.
    • Monitoring vital signs and recording them.

    Our goal is to provide comprehensive at-home services to enhance our clients' and their families' lives. We are certified and licensed by all state agencies and carefully adhere to all rules and regulations governing home care & home health agencies in Pennsylvania.
