    Job Description:


    In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service, conduct market surveys, and handle various aspects of leasing, including showing and moving in prospective community members.

    Your responsibilities will encompass daily updates of unit availability, processing rental applications and maintenance requests, and managing collections in accordance with Red Tail's standards.

    The position also involves clerical and phone support, maintaining accurate community member files, and overseeing scheduled move-ins to ensure apartments meet Red Tail's standards.

    You will demonstrate the ability to resolve resident complaints, conduct move-out unit walks, and address pertinent issues by escalating them to the Supervisor.

    Additionally, you will perform any additional tasks or duties assigned by the Supervisor.


    Special Requirements:

    Physical Demands:


    The employee will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk; reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands; talk and hear.

    The employee may occasionally be required to climb.

    The employee will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time.

    Must detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends, as needed.


    Attendance/Travel:
    This position is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events.

    Qualification:

    Computer Skills:
    Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge
    Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
    Prefer knowledge of the following software programs: Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check


    Learning and Development:
    Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through our Companies continuing education programs.


    Education:
    High school education or equivalent is required.

    Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and use all on-site resident management software functions.


    Professional Experience:
    One year of experience in the service industry is preferred.
