    About The Job

    We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing Global Finance team.

    The ideal candidate is detail oriented, hardworking, dependable, a fast learner and knows how to have fun while working in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    Prepare the month-end and year-end close process, including month-end journal entries and reconciliation
    Prepare and oversee balance sheet reconciliations
    Contribute to our monthly flux analysis and provide variance analysis for expense accounts
    Develop systems and processes to optimize scalability, efficiency, and internal controls
    Apply GAAP to ensure the accuracy and integrity of general ledger accounts
    Work with the Accounting team to ensure completeness and accuracy of the fixed assets sub-ledger, lease accounting, prepaid expenses and accruals and cash
    Assist in developing and maintaining the Company's accounting policies and procedures as we expand
    Work closely in general corporate accounting matters and ad hoc projects or request
    Help verify, allocate, and prepare general ledger entries for reconciling account balances
    Liaison with external auditors for requests and inquiries
    Prepare supporting work papers for consolidated financial statements
    Help analyze and summarize financial information
    Conduct accounting research as necessary
    Perform analysis for management reports
    Perform analysis for financial statement preparation items that relate to the department
    Respond to other department revenue requests as needed

    Requirements

    Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent, CPA a plus
    4+ years of relevant accounting experience
    General Ledger experience
    Exceptional understanding of US GAAP
    Advanced Excel skills
    Experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP system
    Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in changing situations
    Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion
    Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally across multiple teams
