    At The Wise Seeker, we are looking for a teacher to work at Apex Academy, which has outperformed the local district on the state test and has earned an A for progress on the state report card.     Location: East Cleveland, OH, US (onsite)

    Tasks

    • NHA provides our students with specially designed instruction developed to meet the unique needs of each child resulting from his/her disability such as: a resource room, inclusion, and/or pullout services.
    • Participate in professional development that is specific to special education curriculum, along with data tracking tools.

    Requirements

    • Must hold a valid teacher license or meet alternative requirements in the state you are applying
    • K-12 Intervention Specialist license
    • K-12 Educational Handicapped license
    • This position requires the individual to meet multiple demands from several people and interact with the public and other staff.

    Skills

    • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
    • Ability to sit for extended periods.
    • Ability to work in a high-traffic, indoor environment.
    • Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
