Lead IT Help Desk Analystposition open
in Greenville, SC for an IT Support professional with a high level of professional communication and experience in desktop and software support.
Join a national, mid-sized company in the creation of their in-house IT support desk and make a meaningful difference in the day-to-day operations of a growing business.

and provides an opportunity to grow in an organization as they move their IT support efforts in-house. In this role, you will help create the infrastructure and documentation for a 3 person support team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-years prior experience in an IT support or service desk role
Strong understanding of IT fundamentals and troubleshooting techniques including software installation, hardware configuration, VPN, Mobile support, light networking, PC, MAC support
Documentation including knowledge base
Experience using and supporting Microsoft O365
Experience using ticketing systems, such as Service Now
Excellent verbal and written communication skills via in-person, phone, chat and ticketing systems
Preferred:
relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL)
