Reporting to: Regional Field Marketing-Americas
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Marketing Executive to support the execution of high-impact B2B marketing initiatives across the Americas. This role is based in Bangalore and will report directly to the Regional Field Marketing Manager for the Americas. The position offers strong learning opportunities, hands-on exposure to multi-channel campaigns, and the chance to contribute to strategic regional programs that drive demand, strengthen client engagement, and elevate brand visibility. You will work closely with the regional go-to-market organization, collaborating with sales, pre-sales, alliances, and product teams to bring field marketing programs to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of regional marketing activities to enhance market engagement and brand presence. Assist in delivering field marketing programs, including webinars, roundtables, campaigns, and industry events.
- Contribute to demand-generation efforts by supporting lead capture, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
- Help develop region-specific content, customer stories, and event collateral to elevate brand visibility.
- Support regional PR, media placements, and digital advertising initiatives.
- Track competitor activity and gather market insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Analyse campaign and event performance data to support timely interventions and continuous improvement.
- Maintain marketing trackers, dashboards, and documentation for smooth program governance.
Qualifications
- Must-Have: Experience in B2B marketing, event management, marketing technology tools, lead generation, and content curation, along with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Good to Have: Exposure to the banking/fintech ecosystem and familiarity with the Americas market
