    You will help drive our insurance business transformation as we redefine the experience for our customers.


    Job Description:


    Our Senior Engineer is a mid-level member of the Voice engineering staff ensuring we provide a frictionless experience to our customers and maintain the highest standards of security and availability.

    Our team thrives and succeeds in delivering high-quality technology products and services in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift quickly.

    The ideal candidate has broad and deep technical knowledge, typically ranging from front-end UIs through back-end systems and all points in between.


    Job Responsibilities:


    Provides technical leadership within a team's functional areaSenior Engineer consistently writes production-ready code or configuration with defined standards of readability, maintainability, reliability, and testability, and accounts for edge cases and errors.

    Also, helps other engineers to produce the same.
    Specifies the design and implementation of software modules based on system requirements and architectural guidanceMakes significant contributions to design, code, architectural, security, observability, and performance review activitiesTranslates business needs into technical requirementsParticipates in the formulation of non-functional requirementsUnderstands and implements secure design practices

    Job Qualifications:

    Experience with Amazon Connect including Contact Flows, Security Profiles, Routing Profiles, Queues, Quick ConnectsExperience with Amazon Web Services including Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Step Functions, CloudWatchAdvanced experience using multiple programming languages including , Python, C#Experience implementing infrastructure as code using TerraformExperience integrating with internal and external applicationsDemonstrated deep understanding and ability to complete DevOps tasksProficient in complex debugging and root cause analysisExpert in building test suites and frameworks to automate end-to-end testingDemonstrated expertise in software, data, and system design and the appropriate use of patterns and idiomsContributed to improvements in organizational metrics such as DORA metrics that measure improvements in team velocity and stability of service deliveryExperience and understanding of Security Protocols and Products such as Active Directory, SAML, IAMCommunicates effectively, clearly, concisely, and in an audience-oriented way, in written and verbal form, on both technical and non-technical subjects.

    Actively listens to others and ensures they are understood.
    Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

    AWS Certifications at the Associate, Professional, or Specialty LevelRequired Experience:4+ years of experience in Contact Center technologies and Cloud Architecture4+ years of professional software development experience2+ years of hands-on experience developing Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Queues Lambdas, and Lex Bots2+ years of experience using Terraform as Infrastructure as Code2+ years of experience in open-source frameworks

    Required Education:
