    Position Highlights:

    • Center-Based Locations and In-Home Services: Work with clients in a variety of settings, including our state-of-the-art centers and in the comfort of their homes.
    • Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle and allows for a healthy work-life balance. Clinician caseloads are created to ensure balance with hours, times, and locations.
    • Company-Sponsored CE Events and Paid Conference Attendance: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in behavior analysis through sponsored continuing education events and conference attendance.
    • Full-Day Time Service Hours: As an approved Early Intervention Autism provider, opportunities for full-day service hours are available. Children ages range from 18 months through adolescents.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee a caseload of children, responsible for all aspects of clinical programming to ensure effective progress.
    • Provide parent support and training to empower families in understanding and implementing behavior plans.
    • Supervise, train and support Behavior Therapists and RBTs, ensuring competent skills and treatment fidelity.
    • Foster a positive and supportive environment to ensure staff satisfaction and client success.
    • Completing documentation (e.g., initial reports, treatment notes, progress reports, etc.) in a timely manner using a designated electronic medical records system.
    Qualifications:
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
    • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in both center-based and in-home settings
    • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
