    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and direct our construction projects. This individual will oversee the day-to-day management of construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
    • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in government projects.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
