At Cognizant Digital Engineering, a small cross functional team comprised of a Product Manager, an Architect, Full-Stack Developers, UI/UX designers and Big Data analysts builds higher quality software faster siloed individuals working independently. We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a .Sr. Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements propose solutions and implement enhancements. Additionally you will participate in code reviews troubleshoot issues and ensure the scalability and performance of the applications.
Ideally should have experience with a mix of traditional and modern technologies such as J2EE Java Spring Boot Spring core core java databases relational databases microservices Chef Maven iOS Android and AWS Cloud Infrastructure to name a few.
Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios while continuously improving software engineering practices
Work within and across Agile teams to design develop test implement and support technical solutions across a fullstack of development tools and
technologies J2EE Java Spring Boot Spring core core java
Lead the craftsmanship availability resilience and scalability of your solutions J2EE Java Spring Boot Spring core core java

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. The salary range for the position is $43,900 - $127,900
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
