Job DescriptionWe are seeking MIG Welders for our welding department with several immediate openings. These positions are entry-level, focusing on repair welds of carbon steel products, using wire-fed equipment. Our facility is equipped with high-tech robotic welders, however, manual welding skills are essential for product refinement. This production-based role offers excellent opportunities for upward growth within the company.

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in New Castle, Indiana.
Work EnvironmentThe facility employs 597 staff members across 3 shifts, although currently operating on 2 shifts (5:30 am-5:30 pm and 5:30 pm-5:30 am), Monday through Saturday, with frequent Sunday work as well. With over 15 production lines, the environment is dynamic and fast-paced. The welding department has 3 openings for each shift, with at least one early leave per week. A company shirt will be provided, and employees are expected to wear their own t-shirt, jeans without rips or tears, and closed-toe shoes. Candidates must be open to working weekends and up to 60 hours per week. Interview times are scheduled every day at 9 am and 3 pm.
